I cant leave messages on Submissions?

Please check the following 

1 - In your browser setting find the area that related to cookies. Make sure the setting is set to ACCEPT THIRD PARTY COOKIES'

2- Please go to your browser security settings and ensure this setting is set to Standard and NOT enhanced. 

3- After these changes clear your browsing history

4 - If you are using a private or incognito browser, it will block cookies to use the site. Please turn that browser off
